Signed RAR; Can this be Scandinavian or American?

Hi,
I have a silver brooch with black stone in the centre. It's signed RAR 925 with some pictorial silver marks. Can anyone help me identify these marks? I searched Scandinavian and American marks as it is 925 but wasn't able to find anything similar.

The marks in your third image are London import marks for 1988.

Thank you. I assumed London import marks resembled a U-shape target rather than circle, but you're absolutely right.
