Identification of C.L.B Mark

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone recognises this C.L.B mark, either the maker or even possibly it was made by someone and this C.L.B may have been the retail outlet of the piece. As super piece hallmarked London 1925 and weighing in at a hefty 126 troy ounces.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
