A bit more modernized than the sample mark in Rainwater's encyclopedia, but I would venture it most approximates those 3 elements of W. & S. Blackinton Company of Meriden CT. Might be altered sometime long after Ellmore Silver Co. aquired the firm in 1938. Stpped production during WWII. Resumed new line in 1945. Independently owned 1961 and absorbed into the Raimond Silver Mfg. Company of Meriden by 1966, whereupon moved to Chelsea MA.
