Silver and Turquoise Pendant Marked MAC

Item is a small silver bear design pendant with what appears to be a turquoise stone. It is about an inch wide. I am only guessing that it is a Native American piece. Marking is "MAC Sterling". Grateful for any help.

Mary Chavez, San Felipe, used the MAC mark. She did a lot of Navajo style work.
