Hi,
Badge (brooch) marked sterling; C clasp.
Queen`s crown; British or Commonwealth. All I can tell is England flag repeated twice.

Most likely Canada Dominion Shield, but it has changed many times and the badge is not very precise in depicting heraldic features.
If so, what period can it be ? Thanks.

Canada arms 1873 - 1907 (addition of Saskatchewan and Alberta).
With Queen`s crown it means 1873 - 1901 when Edward VII King`s crown was added.
