Another Frisian Occasion spoon c.1753

Not sure at all who the maker is for this one and I don't have a lot of confidence in its being identified but again it has a great engraving on it. The figure is also larger on this one than I usually see at about 1.5" tall. Any help would be appreciated

Silver memorial spoon finial woman with birth and anchor: symbol of Hope text of Hebrews 6:19 hope we have as anchor of the soul. The bird is a raven or dove that returns with an olive branch, symbolizing the hope for a new future.

Maker’s mark unclear.
