Hi,
If it`s 1954 then the assayer should be Johannes Siggaard (1932 - 1960).
Are you sure this is not maker`s mark ?
Most of my mid 20th century Danish silver bears no assayer and national marks.

No, I am not sure. It only has some similarities with the Danish assayers way of marking. It could be the maker's mark of Horsens Sølvvarefabrik, but was it up and running 1954? That is why I'm asking?

Hi,
You are right about the maker: `I 1984 blev Horsens Sølvvarefabrik solgt til Cohr Sølvvarefabrik i Fredericia, der overflyttede produktionen i 1986.``
Another documented 1954 example of the mark on spoon:

@Ag2014

OK, thanks, it's the maker's mark.
