Help with a caucasian sword

Hello! Please help identify the maker, what are these hallmarks? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,
Try to identify Greek letter on the left in Kokoshnik.
Maker's mark looks like Georgian alphabet ,therefore Tiflis (Tbilisi), Georgia.
