Need Help w Sterling Halimarks on George Washington Crest of Arms Ladle

Anyone recognize these hallmarks? or Date? I've looked for a long time and finally gave up.
Sterling ladle spoon with George Washington Crest of Arms on it.
Washington family coat of arms and the motto “exitus acta probat,” which translates to “the result is the test of the actions.”
