Help identify origin and date of gold ring

Hi Can anyone tell me about the marks on this ring? I can’t find any references anywhere, I’ve had it tested and came back as 9k rose gold, it has 12 sides and is very worn, I’d just like to know a bit more about it if anyone can Help me out. Thanks in advance ;)
