RFI - Translation for marks on Necklace from India Sterling?

I have another Middle East mystery (wouldn't be if I could read foreign marks). It's a nifty 3 strand necklace that has good movement. On one end there are 3 hearts, each marked and on the clasp end there is 1 heart that is marked. Some marks are in English and some not. HELP!!!
