Does anyone know the makers mark of this Silver Item?

I have researched but I cannot identify this mark/maker. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Wild guess that the "W" might be Wolf or Wolff based on the second mark.

And the bottom line is likely 'Old English Reproduction'
