? Tabacco Pot. Unsure of mark

Dear all
Here is a silver pot that I am told was for tobacco
I have searched far east and middle east marks but can't find anything.
Has anyone any idea (and does it say or does anyone know the probable grade of silver)

Hello

The lower marks reads Brunei.

It is small country on the island of Borneo

Brunei silver seems to be marked very often with the name of the country in Jawi (a variant of Arabic) script plus two Roman letters which may refer to the silver smith. I have never come across an explanation of Brunei silver marks

Perhaps others can help on this point
