I have a small, oval, ornate bowl with rings for handles. The bottom of the bowl does show a mark, but there is a nut right in the middle. I can make out an "F." then the nut, then the letters "R S". Directly below that line is another where I can make out "SILV", then the nut, then "TE". Can anyone help me with this? Thank you so much.
