Greek Hallmark/Maker's Mark ?

Hi everyone, does anyone know if these are a Greek Hallmark / Maker's Mark and from what period (I think they are from the end of the 20th century). Thanks in advance!

Right,Greek,either mainland or Cyprus.
The inscription is ασημι ασκληπιαδης (asimi asklipiadis) meaning Silver Asclepius.
Maker`s initials are ПА but cannot tell more.
