Help identifying marks Italy?

I bought this silver plated covered dish and I’m stumped by the marks. Top appears to be “Italy”, then a backwards R.1, then a large B under a crown, then a lowercase a in a circle. Below all that is “silver plated.” Help please? I’m striking out.
