Makers mark on brass inkwell

Hi members
I would like to know if I am allowed to post a markers mark on a brass inkwell here?

Have not been able to find mark any where at the moment .The mark is a long J ,with letter C over the J and letter S in the Middle of the C,also the letters E.P.
