34VC 800 Mark, Italian?

I wonder if anyone can assist

I have looked online and found this mark down as belonging to Mazza Alfredo of Vercelli in Italy, 34VC 800 and then a bird looking mark.

I just wondered if anyone can confirm it is this maker as I was not convinced at all as I never thought the mark was Italian.

It was indeed the maker I was unsure about.
