Help Identifying this Silverplate mark on an old tea/coffee pot please!

I picked this up over the weekend. It's either worn or just wasn't stamped evenly (or both) and I can't identify it.
Looks like it may be one or two anchors over an 'S'?

Looks like tree/bird/anchor, possibly anchor/tree & bird/anchor.
