Swiss Expertise Needed: Anyone recognize these hallmarks?

This is a large and heavy liquor caddy featuring holder for 3 bottles and 12 shot glasses. The base measures 12" x 12". I am pretty confident it is Swiss, but perhaps from elsewhere in Europe, maybe French? Thanks in advance for any information/assistance!

I think there are some Informations about him.
Rehfues was a big silvercompany in Bern.
