Help id this antique walking stick

Postby Demopulos.nick » Sun Dec 15, 2019 1:44 pm

]I live in the states right next to Huntington Library in a home that was associated with railroad magnate Henry E Huntington and also with Harbison Sinclair and American president herbert Hoover. Could this walking stick have belonged to any of them. Please see engraving on sterling handle. Thanks in advance
