Danish Flower Brooch ? by whom?

Hi

Found this delightful Flower brooch but have not been able to identify its maker. it is marked "844" and it seems to have towers above the name whcih suggest to me it could be danish. alas the name is unreadable yet i haven't cleaned it.

I found a smimilar style "Anton Michelsen 'grass' brooch - Gertrud Engel: from the 1950's but doubt it is the same maker.

Any idea?
