Butter knife pseudo marks F.B and H

Really nice fiddle pattern butter knife but again no idea where it’s from. Nice pseudo lion and duty stamp. The H is odd but maybe H is for Halifax? Maker is F.B. This was purchased along with the other 2 teaspoons see posts.
