Found it now .. details i think are
J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd , 1908..1909 ( https://www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk/Mak ... JA-JB.html ) and
ENGLISH ELECTROPLATE SILVER..

I think that is correct

The letters are EPBM - Electro Plated Britannia Metal
