help with mustache spoon hallmarks

I believe this is a mustache spoon. I hope someone may be able to tell me about the hallmarks. Thank you!

That looks like a set of British silverplate marks to me.
Not sure about this, but a possible manufacturer could be Joseph Rogers & Sons, Sheffield, England.
