Please help with Identifying Bagpipes.

Postby Ally Mac » Sun Jun 16, 2019 10:49 pm

Hello all,
I have my fathers beautiful set of bagpipes that I am hoping to have identified, valued and restored to good working order as my son is now learning!
Apparently bought by my grandfather in the 50's from Edinburgh. I am new at this and have searched forums and websites and haven't yet found a definitive answer. I appreciate any help! Thank you.

Thank you so much for your help.
Since I posted, someone thought that they were 1920 RG Hardies. I don't know if this pipe maker sent his pipes to be silver mounted by FN or what the deal was. It will be interesting to find out more.
Thanks again
Ally
