The mark on the left side is the Diana head, made in Austria 1872 - 1922. No assay office.

It's impossible. (if not fake marks)
If there is no assay office mark in the hallmark, it's from 1867-1872. But between 1872-1922(37) always was assay office mark in the hallmark.
So check it again.
It's important, because if we try to identify the maker, we have to know, where he worked.
