Help to Identify Silver hallmark

Hi,
I need your help to identify these marks.
It is from a large plate probably German.
The only mark I know is the 13 loth.
I was thinking the frist one could be Aachen, but I
dont know.

Hi,
Hanau pseudo marks, possibly Neresheimer and Austria - Hungary small import mark used 1901- 1921.
The style typical of Hanau hystorical silver late 19th or early 20th century.
