Can somebody help me figure out which silver marks these are and give me more information about this object?

HI, The Hague town mark without crown, the stork with eal in beak, year letter H without crown. Including lion rampant uncrowned for second standard silver. The year letter H for 1803.


The maker's mark could it read F.S (?) for: François Marcus Simons, registered in The Haque 1776-1824. François Marcus Simons born in The Hague in 1750 and died in The Hague 1828, a very prolific silversmith.
