Purse Marked -Mc in triangle & A in diamond - ID Help Pl

This silver purse clasp has a makers symbol that is a triangle with the letters "Mc" within it, followed by a diamond with an "A" in the middle. The symbol is followed by "STERLING S12".

This symbol is VERY tiny. I did my best with the pictures and hopefully you can see the marks OK.

That mark was used by Kraus, McKeever & Adams, New York, New York.
Originally known as Kraus, Kragel & Company (1896), became Kraus, McKeever & Adams in 1922. Don't know how long they were in business.
