Please Help ID Mark. 4X's Shaped Crown

Hey guys... been looking for the last 2 days and came up with nothing. Any idea. Its a nice heavy Repousse plate.11" in diameter. Marks seems to be 4 X's shaped into a crown symbol over "sterling and 925/1000. Thanks in advance.
