Se trata de una pitillera rusa con estas marcas






Parece una hoz y un martillo dentro de una estrella.

Por delante tiene una inscripción del 24.1.62 que no se tampoco que quiere decir ya que esta en cirílico.

Tou are wrong. It was made in Viet Nam. Import to the USSR.
Very much lots of low qualiti silver was imported to USSR in 1950-60 .
Very knowlege design.
