Asian dragon bracelet

Dear forum!

I have a nice bracelet, bought in US. It seems to be Asian. Shows silver with acid and magnet test.
I tried looking at some Asian marks but could not find this one.





Can anybody help me to identify the silversmith?

It (bracelet) is not magnetic. Silver acid test showed it to be silver. No sure what purity, but definitely silver.

The only thing that can be inferred from the fact that the bracelet is not magnetic is that it is made neither of iron nor of nickel.
It could be made of copper, brass, gold, bronze, tin, aluminum, zinc ........

I understand that, as I mentioned initially it was tested with magnet AND acid.
I've done some silver work myself, so I know for a fact that it's silver, just not sure of the purity.
