Offered as silver with this hallmark as proof. Is this even one? Silver? It's all I have, no better picture available.

That is the trade mark of the Slovakian firm, Sandrik.

Thanks, does the mark says anything about how pure the silver is?

That would depend if that triangular mark contained any detail of a Czech hallmark within it.

Better images are required.
