Possibly Tiffany & Co ring, can anyone confirm?

Can anybody confirm if this is or is not a Tiffany & Co. ring? The hallmark is a bit worn so I am looking for a second opinion. Also can anyone identify the signature to the left of the main hallmark? Information like age, etc is also greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for any help.

Found my own answer! This is the Paloma's Groove ring and is indeed from Tiffany & Co. The signature is Paloma Picasso!
