This is the second Item I would like to ask experts for help and for verification of my conclusions. Again, a spoon which tests as silver but is likely silver plated with thick layer of plating. Here too, I am not able to make out the makers mark, or even the country of manufacturing. The marks are very faint and hard to photograph. Not that this spoon has any value, but it ignites my curiosity.
