St.Petersburg maker's marks?

Help would be appreciated with identifying the following maker's marks in the picture down below if you please.

The maker KB is most likely Karl Verlin/Carl Johan Weurlin ? Different sources give contradictory information, Verlin 1871-1878 Weurlin 1866-1891. The assayer is Pavel Andreyevich Kostytshev 1873-1876
