Not Bruckmann ?

Some weeks ago I posted this pattern under German Silver because I was sure that I had identified the Bruckmann eagle. Admin transfered the post to Flatware Pattern Identification but up to now no answer. That's why I now doubt that it is a Bruckmann production. Does anybody know this pattern?

I am no expert in Bruckmann pattern. There are good websites specialized in Bruckmann pattern. I just saw this one:

But I assume you searched already the internet.
Looking at your pictures I get the impression this is a standard undecorated Bruckmann spoon and the decoration pattern is custom made in a local silver shop on customer specification. The decor is machine made and rather uneven and at the end, behind the cartouche it goes over the edge. I do not think a company like Bruckmann produce such uneven work. So my guess goes for a customized product.
