Hey guys! Got another mystery item that I need help identifying. I have not been able to do the scratch test yet, and ANY information would be awesome! It appears to be some sort of ornate coconut stand. Any thoughts?

It is Yerba Mate gourd tea cup.Most likely Argentina.Could be either silver or alpaca.Makers not documented as far as I can tell.
Compare with this one from Argentina.
