Need help identifying maker, Austrian enameled snuffbox

I just bought this snuffbox as an 80th birthday present for my mom, and she's going to love it, but I'd like to be able to tell her more about it. I just can't make out the marks. It has a partial Vienna assay mark, something that looks like maybe a capital L, or a 1, an imperial eagle and then a maker's mark that could be SE something or other. The maker's mark is stamped twice but neither makes any sense to me. I hope someone will recognize it!! thanks!!
