Can anyone identify this Mark please. Unsure where to post but it has a look of Edinburgh and Chester but I have never seen a piece with one mark. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi,
Does not look like British silver mark at all.
More likely French silver-plate maker`s mark in a rectangle.

I have not tested this piece, it's not mine to testso I will pass on the link. It will probably not go down well. I can see the similarities to the French Mark.I will do more research with this info. Thanks AG2012
