What`s the letter in the Kokoshnik ? It would be helpful to narrow the search.
Could not find пяновскiи in Ivanov.

Not listed in Skurlov for Moscow silversmiths and goldsmiths,either.
Not in Russian forum search engine in Cyrillic.
Possibly a retailer. I am helpless with this one.
Hopefully it will be recognized.
