Please help identify silver hallmark, maker's mark on champagne shells

Hello All,
There are 6 nice champagne shells.

The silver fineness mark is 800.

I can't identify the silver hallmark, maker's mark.
For any help I would be very grateful. Thank you!

The 800 seems Italian.
Look at the lion on the Palazzo dei Priori in Perugia.

A coincidence?
