Hi, Egypt Lapis Lazuli pendant. Egyptian hallmarks October 1946-to date. Your image right way up.

From left to right;
1) Although rubbed, assay office Cairo with 800 fineness mark, 2) the Egyptian national country hallmark for silver, the Nymphaea lotus flower blossom, 3) the date letter for October 1989- September 1990.
