That mark looks very similar to one used by Fred Fenster, Sun Prarie, Wisconsin. Started in 1961 and might still be working.

Hi, The marks may be similar, but Fenster is a avant garde artist smith, these are not his type of piece. It is more likely that they are Mexican, this is a popular motif there, and if they were retailed in that country, the marks would have been fine for pre-1948 or ca. 1965-1980.
