Georgian teaspoon T & H

I wonder if anyone, please, would be able to throw any light on this spoon, which I'm assuming is silver?

It is stamped T&H which I can't identify as a maker - plenty of THs but no T&H. It also has another impressed mark, which looks to be a partly obscured date letter, possibly an uppercase N. Interesting shape which I'm guessing is late Georgian?

Taylor and Hamilton, Glasgow, c.1780. The shape is named Scottish Fiddle in Pickford because of its popularity north of the border.

Oh, many thanks for that, very interesting. Without wanting to reveal my ignorance too much I didn't consider a Scottish possibility, particularly being down here in Cornwall. Looking now at the date letter it does actually look like a slightly distorted version of the oval Glasgow tree(?) mark, particularly with the small fleck at the top.
