English Rd 404318 pattern and maker?

Hello, and thank you you for any help identifying the pattern and maker of this pretty set! Also, told they were sterling, but am unsure how to confirm. No marks other than the rd number, marked on both sides of the handle Rd 404318, which I believe is 1903?
The forks measure 5 3/4" long (fish forks?), and the (butter?) knives are 6 3/4" long. There are 5 forks and five knives.
