Need Help "Sterling-RR" mark on old broach

I have this old broach and can't find any information on the hallmark "-RR". I see Mexican RR, and RRs in circles, and an RR with one backwards R, but not this one. When I search online, I found two other broaches with the same marking, but no details as to who the maker is. Thanks so much to anyone who can help me!

Hi. I think the mark is Ralfe Rings, Buffalo NY, 1935. I found the same brooch listed on eBay and I found the maker mark on a jewelry research website but can't find any other information. I don't know if I am allowed to post links to other websites, but if you search Ralfe Rings and then look at images, you will see it. And if you search Ralfe Rings Jewelry eBay and look at images you will find the listing. I hope that helps. I never have been able to answer a question before so yay for me if I am right LOL!
