Antique French Engagement Ring - ID Maker's Mark

Hi,
My fiance and I recently purchased an engagement ring in Paris, France, and it was ID'd by the boutique as antique, possibly 1920's to 1930s, 18K Gold, 3 European Mine Cut diamonds. At first, I thought the two marks on the back were from sizing, but after further review I discovered they were marks to help identify the ring. I have been able to ID the eagle on the ring indicating it is 18K gold, but am having a hard time getting a Maker's Mark match. Can anyone help ID this?
Thanks!
