Hello!
In the hallmark of the master I see the last letters "...IN".
The rhombus is located horizontally.
Maybe it's Alphonse Debain. Or another master with an ending on ...IN.
Stamp similar.
Regards.

Yes!
Now I'm sure it's his work.

Hi,
The mark was upside down in your image. It looks like rowboat, rather than phoenix bird.Compare.

Yes, thank you, I noticed.
But it's not I who turned the image over.
In the cited hallmark, it is seen in a mirror "... IN", the mark is also marked along the edge of the object.
And, most importantly, the subject was attributed as work by Alphonse Debain.
Regards.

Hi, thanks for all the insights, really appreciated! Just one follow up question - by googling Alphonse Debain, there are few other sources state that He was only active between 1883 and 1911, this is certainly differen from the note above that The hallmark was still in use until 1929. Can experts here clarify? Thanks

Hi, digged a little deeper in this topic and found people already asked in 925-1000 similar questions before about dating Alphonse Debain hallmark, below was one reply from Dognose, I like this kind of CSI work, fun stuff!

A clearer image of the mark of François-Alphonse Debain, in use from the 15th January 1847, until it was cancelled on the 27th May 1864.
